Executive & Corporate Branding
The Redick Group, LLC, is an executive identity and corporate branding firm, helping people and companies communicate their value when the primary asset is human knowledge, experience, and judgment.
Long known for its career development offerings, The Redick Group also applies a deep understanding of executive positioning to the development of brand development and communications assets for boutique professional services firms, advisories, and consultancies.
This holistic approach to executive communications helps The Redick Group to maintain lasting relationships with clients, providing consistent, high-quality support across various stages of their professional journeys and organizational growth.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and with nearly three decades of experience, Jared Redick is recognized as a trusted advisor and confidant to C-suite executives, board directors, and other leaders and professionals across business, technology, finance, healthcare, and law. Jared specializes in executive positioning, career development, and corporate communications, helping more than 2,700 professionals and organizations articulate their value and navigate pivotal moments in their growth.
Before founding The Redick Group, Jared held executive and legal recruiting roles with nationally retained search firms in New York and San Francisco, conducting searches for Fortune 15 companies, top law firms, and major nonprofits. He has deep expertise in supporting executives through career transitions, branding, and decision-making, and is a sought-after speaker and trainer for organizations such as Beyond Academia, CFA Institute, University of California, National Résumé Writers’ Association, and Harvard Club of Washington, D.C.
He is the author of Jared Redick’s Job Description Analysis (JDA), a widely used career decision-making tool among Fortune 500 executives and the University of California system. His use of “The JDA” with the University of California inspired career development tutorials by the Modern Language Association (MLA), and his ideas have appeared across 35+ media platforms, including American Recruiters, Forbes, Business Insider, MSN, AOL, American Bar Association, Legal Career Journal, LinkedIn, The World News, and Yahoo! Finance.
Jared’s approach blends strategic narrative development with fact-based executive coaching, making him a go-to expert for leaders seeking clarity, growth, and effective personal or organizational branding.
