Private client types:
I’ve helped active, stealth, and passive job seekers at every professional level and across nearly ever industry, vertical, and function.
Here’s a broad brush of my typical client profile:
Board directors seeking additional appointments, or retiring executives wanting to do the same
C-level executives preparing for a new chapter
V-level executives or other senior professionals not quite in the C-suite, but looking to get there

Many make $175,000 to $850,000 annually, with roughly 25% commanding total compensation in the millions. Their companies often drive hundreds-of-billions in revenue, and trillions in value, or they’re uniquely poised to get there.
Many have been recruited and promoted over 15 to 25 years, and want to finally shape the direction of their own career.
Roughly 85%-90% have heard through referral that I use the résumé writing and career document development process as an in-depth tool for executive coaching, career planning, interview preparation, and job search.
In some cases, I’ve worked with every other executive at a company. I’m also proud to have worked with entire families and friend groups. Some of the clients I started with 25+ years ago now refer their grown children, wanting them to have the insights they would have liked when they were just leaving school.
Institutional client types:
My work with companies and institutions generally falls into two camps: (1) those who bring me on to train their employees, members, or students, and (2) those who want the highly specialized branding that I offer as it applies to their key leaders.
These include start-ups and incubators; mid-market companies; boutique consultancies and advisories; universities, think tanks, institutes, and grantmaking institutions. While most of my private clients are from the Fortune 50, I haven’t yet stepped in to help with their public-facing materials because they already have robust marketing and PR disciplines.
